We use the latest
state-of-the-art technology to assure that your equipment is properly
aligned. This ensures minimal wear to bearings, bushings, belts, gears and
tooling. It also increases the life of the motor and uses less power to
operate.
Our laser system is fast and accurate to less
than .001 inch.
Each alignment is recorded and the final
settings are printed and you receive a copy for your records and file.

Our laser system not only ensures proper
alignment but adapts quickly to check internal head and spindle
alignment in all axes.
Our laser beam is accurate and controlled to
over 100 feet. This gives us the capability to level multiple head
transfer machines and continuous flow systems up to 200 feet in length
with one setup.
